You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Khaznex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

All deal materials on the Platform are confidential. By signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) through the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement. You agree not to disclose, share, copy, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than evaluating the specific investment opportunity. Violation of an NDA may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Company listings are subject to a flat listing fee payable upon acceptance. Fees are non-refundable once the deal production phase has commenced. Khaznex does not charge success fees unless separately agreed in writing. Investors access the Platform at no charge.
Khaznex is a deal facilitation platform and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are made solely by the investor. Khaznex makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any deal materials. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision.
The Khaznex platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Khaznex and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent. Deal materials uploaded by companies remain the intellectual property of those companies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaznex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Khaznex's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Khaznex in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Khaznex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

The Receiving Party shall not disclose, copy, or distribute any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from Khaznex or the Disclosing Party.
Confidential Information shall be used solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment transaction in relation to the specific deal for which this NDA is signed.
This Agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from the date of signing. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Disclosing Party's jurisdiction of incorporation.
